Daniel Joslyn

Daniel has been practicing law for over a decade, and with Gina Corena & Associates focuses primarily on personal injury, car accident, and premises liability litigation cases. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked primarily in personal injury defense, representing both insurance companies and large corporations. He is excited to bring his expertise regarding the case strategies and evaluations of personal injury defendants to obtain results for injured clients in need in the Las Vegas area.

Daniel received his Bachelors in Communication from Baldwin-Wallace University in Ohio and graduated from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC. He moved to Nevada in 2019 with his spouse, a Las Vegas native. Daniel has practiced at all levels of state and federal court in Nevada. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his three dogs, rooting for Cleveland sports teams, and exploring nature in this beautiful area.
