Azra Ozdevir

Azra Ozdemir is a Legal Writer at Gina Corena & Associates, where she drafts high-impact motions and litigation briefs across complex personal injury, medical malpractice, and civil defense matters. Her writing takes complex legal questions and transforms them into persuasive, accessible arguments that advance strategic litigation goals and reinforce our clients’ positions.

Before joining the firm, Azra’s litigation experience spans multiple practice areas, including medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, insurance defense, and misdemeanor defense. Her work draws from her academic background in philosophy and ethics, which shapes her commitment to fairness, clarity, and strong advocacy.

Azra served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada, where she drafted judicial orders, findings of fact, and bench memoranda for civil matters. She also completed a judicial externship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada under Chief Judge August B. Landis.

Azra graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law, where she was selected to the Society of Advocates for excellence in legal writing. There she earned the Dean’s Award and graduated with Pro Bono Honors.
Outside of work, Azra enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dog. She also stays involved in local community outreach efforts that support youth and families throughout Las Vegas.
