Why move quickly? Because Nevada gives you two years to file a car accident lawsuit (NRS 11.190), and the useful evidence fades long before then. We can take it from there and handle filing a car accident claim for you.
Your claim includes emergency care, hospital treatment, surgery, rehabilitation, and ongoing medical needs. Nevada does not cap economic damages in car accident cases, so recovery is tied to actual cost.

Nevada allows compensation for physical pain, emotional distress, and the loss of normal daily activities. These damages are not capped; they must be supported by evidence.
