Melissa received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration and soon after started her career in human resources. Melissa is a highly motivated Human Resources professional with a passion for building strong teams and fostering employee growth.  She brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations. Melissa is known for her ability to build rapport with employees at all levels and her commitment to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment. She has successfully led company-wide initiatives to improve employee retention, increase productivity, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys traveling with her family, trying new restaurants, and a good Netflix binge.
