Nina Machin is a proud Las Vegas native and the first in her family to enter the legal
profession. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nevada, Reno, with
dual degrees in Public Health and Spanish, along with a minor in Spanish Translation.
Nina then returned home to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law.
During law school, Nina externed for the Honorable Abbi Silver (Ret.) at the Nevada
Supreme Court, and for Judge Danielle “Pieper” Chio in the Eighth Judicial District
Court. She also served as a legislative extern during Nevada’s 82nd Legislative
Session.
After graduating, Nina began her legal career in insurance defense, with a focus on
medical malpractice. This experience gave her valuable insight into how insurance
companies assess claims and defend cases—knowledge she now uses to advocate
effectively for her clients.
Nina returned to personal injury law with a clear purpose: to help people. Her goal is to
serve the community that raised her and support clients through some of the most
difficult times in their lives.
Outside of her legal practice, Nina enjoys spending time with her husband and their
seven nieces and nephews. She loves reading, staying active, and traveling with her
husband.
